Transition to dried BARF
What it means in practice
The dog receives its usual daily portion of dried BARF, which is simply soaked in water before serving and left to absorb for a short time. This activates its natural structure and improves digestibility.
What to watch out for
Even though the feed is natural, the change can temporarily affect digestion. In more sensitive dogs, there may be a temporary change in stool, which usually resolves within a few days.
Enough water is key
When making an immediate switch, it's important to ensure proper hydration of the feed and adequate drinking water throughout the day.
Dried BARF allows for a quick change of food without complicated adaptation.
